Arturo was born and raised in Stockton, CA and received two bachelor's degrees in History and Psychology at Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University of California. While at Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹, Arturo was heavily involved on campus as a peer mentor, basketball recreational sports supervisor and student ambassador all 4 years. Arturo is deeply committed to empowering and guiding students as they pursue higher education, offering unwavering support fostering their professional growth and personal development.
